Ruslan International comes in as a Silver Level sponsor.  We are especially happy to have them on board due to the fact that they are the first sponsor from the air charter sector that we have had as the others are from the ocean shipping arena.  The UK based Ruslan International is jointly owned by Antonov Airlines and Volga-Dnepr Airlines.  The company is well known as a heavy air cargo charter specialist so they are a very good fit for our network.
